A meeting that is very short
is cause for people to cavort.
If it is done in half an hour,
no one leaves who's feeling sour.
In Utah County they intend
for meetings never to extend
beyond the time it takes to say
"Continue till another day!"
If legislatures met like this,
wouldn't it be stunning bliss?
