I just got this from the Provo LDS Employment Office. I can testify that it is real, not a scam. I lived in Williston, North Dakota, for several years back in the 1980's, and there are two things I can assure you: One, the people are about the friendliest you'll ever find, and Two, it is COLD for seven months out of the year. So don't even THINK of going unless you enjoy wearing long johns. Schlumberger is a wonderful company to work for -- no layoffs, regular pay raises, great benefits. If you can do hard labor, this job could be just what you're looking for. Please pass it on to anyone else you think might be interested. The Church is well-established in Williston, North Dakota, and so if you are a young man thinking of a mission, you could do worse than work in the oilfields for a year to save up enough to go on your mission . . .

NEED 30 FRACKING OPERATORS IN WILLISTON, N.D. and another 30 FRACKING OPERATORS IN MIDLAND, TEXAS. These are great jobs! These are positions that include work with cement, sand, water, gravel, explosives, chemicals, welding, pipes, hoses, cranes etc. THESE ARE PHYSICAL LABOR JOBS! We don't have any truck driving jobs. You must be able to work in all types of weather. LOGISTICS OF THE JOB: 1. We provide air transportation to Williston and Midland from SLC at company expense. 2. You work 15 days straight in No. Dakota or Texas. These days are typically 14 - 16 hour days. 3. We provide all of your housing at no expense to you. You will be housed in a hotel, motel, apartment or man camp. Man camps are 2 men to a room. TV and Internet in each room. You share the bathroom with 3 other men. Remember - you work long days so while you are working your room mate will be sleeping and visa versa. 4. We pay or provide for all of your food. There is a commissary adjacent to the man camp. 5. At the end of your 15 days of work we put you on a commuter jet and fly you back to SLC where you will enjoy 6 days off. These days are paid days off once you have completed the probationary period of 90 days. 6. At the end of your 6 days off you return to Williston or Midland and begin your next rotation. WE ALSO HAVE A HUGE NEED FOR 50 WIRELINE OPERATORS IN MIDLAND, TEXAS AREA. Details: 1. Wireline positions are a bit less physical and a bit more cerebral than "FRACKING" jobs. (Google: WIRELINE). THEY ALSO PAY EXTREMELY WELL ($5K - $10K higher than frack. 2. Requires a CDL Class "A" license or Learner's Permit. 3. Work rotation is 21 days on with 7 days off. 4. Require eventual Relocation to Midland, Texas area which will be financially supported by the company.
Consisting of regular time, over time, bonuses etc. 1. First year total wages will be a MINIMUM of $65,000 2. The company will increase your wages to over $100,000 within 5 years as you show longevity, keep up with safety and training programs and show solid work practices. ENHANCED BENEFIT PACKAGE: 1. Each employee may participate in a 401K package that is matched 6% by the company. 2. The company contributes Profit Sharing every year to employee retirement accout. 3. You can purchase company stock at a very substantial discount. The stock is listed on the NYSE. It currently sell for over $100 a share. 4. The company insurance plan provides medical, dental, vision, life, accident and LTD coverage to all employees. The plan covers everyone you are legally responsible for. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. You Must Be Very Physically Fit! 2. Must be 21 years of age. 3. No Felonies, Misdemeanors, Drug Convictions or DUI's. 4. Driving record with no more than 1 moving violation in the last year or more than 2 in the last 3 years. 5. Good resume showing experience with military, farming, construction or mechanical employment within the last 5 years.
